Cuba Tour Reservation Details

To fully enjoy this program, a sense of adventure is essential. Willingness to accept the unexpected changes and a high degree of flexibility will allow you to travel happily in Cuba. You also should be comfortable traveling in a group of diverse personalities and be able to walk moderate distances.

  • At sign-up a non-refundable deposit of $500 made payable to Cultural Journeys is due to secure your Cuba tour reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before trip departure.
  • Reservations are done on a first-pay-first-served basis. We strongly suggest you make your initial deposit as soon as possible to hold your reservation.
  • If the maximum number of travelers is reached before you have made a reservation you will be notified as quickly as possible to avoid a payment/refund situation.
  • All payments will be refunded if the minimum traveler count is not reached by 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
  • Our travel packages do not included your Airfare to Cuba. Although you are responsible for making your own flight arrangements Cultural Journeys can help you decide which airline and flights to book. Contact us for details.
